NW3 is an area of North London where property prices far outstrip local earning potential. Large local employers such as Royal Free Hospital and numerous schools draw their workforce from far afield as they can not afford to live here. They do not qualify for social or affordable housing which Camden's or HA's housing provide and they can not afford the open market prices. We want to step into that gap and provide locally owned housing kept in perpetuity for local people.

We have developed and continue to do so recently completing the process of Incorporation as a Community Benefit Society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
What does this mean for the community of NW3?
We signed up to work for the benefit of the residents of the NW3 postcode region of London and the surrounding areas within Camden. We are planning to do this by helping provide housing for those who are in conditions of need and empowering the creation of training and employment opportunities by helping provide adequate and affordable workspace.
